General Terms & Conditions

Xbajee 2 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "Xbajee 2") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Xbajee 2. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Xbajee 2 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has been completed.

Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the rules below before placing a bet on Xbajee 2. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All bets are determined based on real-time odds, which are subject to change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled after a bet has been confirmed, the stake will be refunded.

• If you lose connection during live betting, your bet will remain active and Xbajee 2 will not be held liable.
• For parlay/accumulator bets, losing any single event results in the entire bet being lost.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set separately for each event.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to new members making their first deposit only.

Withdrawal Terms & Process

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Xbajee 2. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Participation in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods or stolen information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Xbajee 2 systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

Xbajee 2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraudulent financial activity or suspected fraud.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, it will be returned through the proper process, provided there are no pending prohibited activity charges against your account.

Limitation of Liability

Xbajee 2 will not be held responsible in the following situations. These matters fall entirely under the user's own risk.

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connection failure.
• Issues caused by faults in your device or software.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Financial losses from betting are the result of the user's own decisions.
